Vio Video Converter 1.0 converts videos in order to play them in your mobile phone.
It can convert videos in every popular format to be played in an iPod, iPhone, PSP, cell phone, PDA, Pocket PC or PMP. It compresses the media files by about 20 percent, without losing quality, and prepares them for your particular device and model.
The interface of Vio Video Converter is clearly divided in three zones: Original File, Optimized For and New File.
In the "Original File" zone you´ll have to enter the file you want to convert. You can do that by pressing the "Browse" button. Then, you´ll have to pick the file from your drive, and then click on the "Open" button.
Vio Video Converter will show you the information about the file, such as duration, video codec, video bitrate, resolution, frame rate, aspect ratio, file size, audio codec, audio bitrate, audio samping and audio channels.
In the "Optimized for" zone you must choose the brand and model of your mobile device.
The "New File" zone lets you choose some parameters of the converted file, such as the path to save it, its quality, volume and size. Should you want to customize it further, you can press the "Enable Advanced Options" button. You will then be able to change the audio and video bitrate, framerate, audio sampling, resolution and audio channels.
Pressing the "Convert Video" button will process the video and save the converted file to the path you indicated.
